"I encountered issues with the staff's attitude at crumbz. Some members appeared disinterested and lacked courtesy. Improving training on customer service and fostering a more positive work environment could enhance the overall experience for customers."

The cake looked beautiful from outside n after eating, it had a pungent smell as Cake was kept since a long time... Never buy ready cakes ... Dey r hopeless in that... Old and expired cakes are sold...

Guys Cake is awesome here,but that white spray which they sell for 120rs is available at a fancy shop for just 50rs...

Great place to order your birthday cakes. Great variety, amazing product. The price would be the only drawback. I find it a tad bit expensive. They do sell some good cookies though.

I've tried pastries from this place before, and they were all good, until recently. I wanted to try this place after a long time, but it appears they're never really the same anymore. The Death By Chocolate cake was soaked in sugar syrup. Except for a thick shower of dark chocolate which saved the taste, inside, it was like substandard cake from these local bakeries.
